What a honor to be apart of the memorial for General Vang Pao, on 02-04-2011 in Fresno, CA.
May Lee Lee and Ma Ly were one of thousands who will attend the 6 day memorial.
My Ly a Fresno artist completed a life size portrait of General Vang Pao and what was interesting he told me he had only 15 days to complete the painting.
Enclosed is the painting, along with former military officers under General Vang Pao.
